Vegeta and Tibetan Monks

Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z is walking through as series of sliding doors that lead through some dingy bathrooms.  He is looking for his teammates.  They are inside doing what they need to do to impress the building in order to gain entry.  I see their faces close together and sweating.  It looks and sounds like they are doing it but as I zoom out I see that they are just seated in Buddhist monk robes. (Orange like Tibetan monks). They are seated next to each other and in deep meditative trances.  As I pan across the room I see monks playing basket ball.  Next to that is a terminally ill woman lying on her deathbed (futon on the floor) with plastic tubs coming out of her.  A small boy also looking ill and with the same tubes is on top of her.  It looks like they're having sex except there is a stack of novelty sized checks between them as well as the blankets and the fact that they are both fully dressed in Asian style clothes.
